After closing print preview the view setting can
be changed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Disble your browser's personal tool bar from "view" menu item
2.go to any URL
3.File -> print preview
4.exit print preview by pressing top-right corner button
5. The personal tool bar appears, but from "view" menu, it is
   still disabled.  -- That's inconsistent.

Disabling the personal tool bar again would correct the problem,
until next time you close print preview again.
