Still needs to be tested:
z) All OS affected?
y) Version of appearance
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 SeaMonkey/2.49.1
Build ID: 20170617112514

Steps to reproduce:

Right-click in the sidebar and use one of these context menu items:

* Back
* Forward
* Reload
* Stop
* Save Page As
* Send This Page
* View Page Info
* Inspect Element

Actual results:

All of these items perform actions in the context of the main browser window (active tab), not the sidebar

Expected results:

These options should either work in the context of the currently loaded sidebar page, or be hidden.

Reload would be especially nice to fix, since it helps reload elements of the page that might be cached.
@reporter:
I think that only appears if you click on Web Pages shown in the sidebar?
Web pages brought into sidebar with "Sidebar Add Custom Tab" <https://unofficialseamonkeynews.wordpress.com/2017/02/04/new-add-on-sidebar-add-custom-tab/> or similar?

Yes, exactly. This doesn't affect bookmarks, history, etc.
REPRODUCIBLE with unzipped installer of UNofficial (by Adrian Kalla) en-US SeaMonkey 2.53a1 (NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 Build 20170620091523 (Default Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit: Context menu after click on web page contents in sidebar shows menu Items I am used to see when I click on Browser Window TAB contents, and after having clicked the contents menu item, the reaction will be applied to the currently active Browser TAB, not to the sidebar contents.

I will do some further investigation which context menu items (related to which menus) are affected.

a) also add-on related context menu items can be affected
a1) "Colt" link copy
a2) "FireShot"
b) Currently only reproduced with WIN, but probably all OS affected
c) Interesting: "Bug 361698 - Navigation menuitems don't work in the sidebar's context menu"
d) Possibly DUP of or related to some Bugs found with <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?cmdtype=dorem&remaction=run&namedcmd=DUPs1375547&sharer_id=41036&list_id=13647218>:
