137565 - can't type in dialog fields if you give another window focus & give focus back to dialog

using 4/15 trunk build

1) launch netscape
2) launch composer
3) enter some text
4) file | Publish
5) don't enter anything yet in any field
6) click to another window and iconify that window

now go back into the publish text field and you can't type!
workaround is to close the publish panel and come back in...

Kin, the problem here is that you can't enter any text in the text
field after you have gave focus to another window and then iconified
that other window.

I am seeing this problem on the 04-15 trunk, and the 04-13 1.0.0 builds.  But
only if I:
1. Launch the browser
2. Click on Window - Composer
3. Type some text into Composer
4. Click on File - Publish
5. Click on the taskbar icon to bring the browser window into focus
6. Click on the taskbar icon again to minimize the browser window
7. Notice that the Composer window publish dialog came back into focus
8. Try to click into any of the text fields in the publish dialog, and type

Won't work.
