As part of verifying the implementation of platform mappings for DPub ARIA roles, it was discovered that the footnote role is lacking AXSubrole of AXApplicationGroup, which is expected as per https://rawgit.com/w3c/aria/master/dpub-aam/dpub-aam.html#role-map-footnote.
