If you go to the "Aggregations" tab for a crash search result, one of the options in the aggregations dropdown is "date". However this is really "datetime" because it aggregates by the full timestamp. It would be useful to have a real "date" aggregation which buckets the crashes into one-day intervals. That way the user can see if the crash spiked on a particular day regardless of buildid or channel. This might be an indicator of some external factor to the crash that appeared on a particular day.
Can you elaborate more on this?

When you say "the user", which users are you talking about? Have you talked to other users and know there are others interested in this as well?

Is not having this feature blocking you from doing your work on crash-stats?

Are there ways around not having this feature?

I'm talking about myself. I don't know if other people have requested this.

It's not blocking, no.

I ended up using the graph view to get what I wanted.
Good to know--thank you!
