I often file bugs after using mozregression which means I usually know which developer caused the regression and needs to be needinfoed.
It would be great to have the needinfo field visible by default, currently the way to do that is to click on the "set bug flags" button, click on the needinfo drop down and select '?'.
Talking with a colleague, I discovered that it was possible only today, so I think this feature should be more discoverable as it seems to me that needinfoing a developer when you create a new bug is probably a common pattern, at least for employees (maybe have this field only for users with editbugs privilege?)
