1. Flip on pref: layout.css.servo.enabled.
2. Visit https://www.agoda.com/?cid=-218
3. Layout issues well observed on divs with class name: navbar-header and rec-cities.
The layout in the containing block with class name `rec-cities` gave a significant difference as normally it looks like a grid layout instead of vertical one.
