[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox.
2.Access the https://www.facebook.com/ webpage.
3.Log in.
4.Click on the Likes button to see who liked the post.
5.Dismiss the window by clicking anywhere on the page.

[Expected result]:
The window is successfully closed.

[Actual result]:
A glitch can be seen right after dismissing the window.

Not a recent regression. Mark 54 won't fix. Let's see if we can fix it in 55.

The glitch seems not obvious in the attached GIF.
I also tested the Nightly 57.0a1 and Chrome with your STR, both results looked identical.
Could you double check again?

It seems that this issue is no longer reproducible with both latest builds and the previously affected ones.
This may have been a website issue.
