[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox and go to about:preferences page. 
2. Resize the Firefox window until only the icons of the sections are displayed on the left side (without the title of the sections). 
3. Observe the icons.   

[Expected result]:
- The icons are centered. 

[Actual result]:
- The icons are not centered: on the left side are 19px, on the right side are 25px. Please see attachment "issue.png". 

[Regression range]:
- I will be back with a regression range as soon as possible.
This is fixed with the visual redesign of Preferences.
