Mozilla Japan, an affiliate of Mozilla Foundation, has become independent from Mozilla, so the following changes are needed:
* Remove all redirects to mozilla.jp
* Remove this page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contact/spaces/tokyo/
* Remove the logo from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contact/communities/japan/ because it actually was the logo of the affiliate.
* Remove the Mozilla Japan paragraph from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/organizations/
