I recently upgraded to the nightly build 2002041521 and noticed that the "clear
URL field" button that I learned to love very fast since the day it was
introduced has dissapeared. Is it just temporarily disabled or is it gone
forever ? :(

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla.

Actual Results:  A "clear URL field" button that used to be located right to the
left of the URL field seems to be gone.

Expected Results:  A small "clear URL field" button should've appeared between
the URL field and the main toolbar buttons.

It's out till it gets fixed to be non-broken.  Then it may reland, but will
likely be off by default.
