Middle clicking on a link in a message should open the link in a new window.
However, I have it set so middle clicking on a link opens a new tab.  Thus,
middle clicking on the link does nothing. I think it should open a new window
anyways.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on "Open tabs instead of windows for ... Middle-click or control-click
of links in a web page"
2. Open a message and middle click or ctrl-click on a link

Actual Results:  Nothing

Expected Results:  Open a window with the link
