I have two Firefox profiles: work and home. Last week at the All Hands one day I loaded up my work profile to find every site I visited asking me to log in. Throughout the day it became clear all my cookies had been cleared. This is despite the fact that I hadn't done anything unusual like trying to remove cookies etc. Although annoying I thought may I was just unlucky and got a bad Nightly before it got respun. Today, about a week later, I loaded my home profile on the same computer and had the same issue: all cookies cleared. When I go to view cookies I can confirm they are gone (except for the session cookies from the two sites I opened before checking). I use these two profiles across at least two devices (both Windows desktop, both latest Nightly).

Does that happen on the other desktop?

Hi Brian, I had tried to reproduce this bug on windows, and the reproducing steps as below: 1. Created two profiles whose names are test_home and test_work from Profile Manager. 2. Login my major facebook account when Nightly used test_home. 3. Switched to test_work, and login to other facebook account. 4. Switched between test_work and test_home 10 times, and loaded to facebook for confirming facebook doesn't miss the login info. Would you help me to confirm this problem on the latest version of Nightly? Thanks!

Hi Amy, thanks for looking into this. I've just tried using the laptop where I had problems before and everything seems fine. I tried loading both profiles many times, sometimes together, and all my cookies seem to be there. I'm logged out of Twitter and Bugzilla on my home profile but maybe I just never logged into those on my home profile since this happened. I haven't seen any other problems since I filed this bug and no one else has mentioned seeing it, so I suspect I was just unlucky and this has now been fixed. It's probably just best to resolve this as WORKSFORME. Thanks for looking into it though. I'll re-open if I see it again.
