Bookmark star icon in context menu opened by mouse on tab content should be blue, not black, when filled in, to be consistent with other bookmarks icons.

Similar to bug #1377165, so I'm CC'ing :Gijs

This has nothing to do with Photon - the context menu icon has been there for a lot longer (specifically bug 1000513 - Firefox 32, 3 years ago) and has never been blue, while the bookmarks star has always been blue.

Yes. I know there is nothing for now in Photon mockups and specs about this, but it could be the right time to standardize and make this consistent.
@ Jared Wein [:jaws] - I "needinfo'ing" you, so you will know about this issue.

We could finally standardize all bookmark star icons to be blue, not black, when filled in.
I think, it's right time to do that now, per Photon redesign.
Similar bugs about this issue are here: bug #1377165 and bug #1381158.

I agree that this is something we could do now (we couldn't do it in bug 1000513 because we didn't have context-fill). However we probably have too much Photon work right now to prioritize this.
