If you have a small table with align=left in the table tag, and you put a list
next to it, the bullets of the list get stuck inside the edge of the table.
Also, when the list extends beyond the table, it moves the list all the way to
the left, taking the list out of alignment. See example URL.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to example URL.
Should have tagged this to All OS, not Win2K.
OS: Windows 2000 → All
Checked this bug on other platforms, and updated the Platform to All.
Hardware: PC → All
