Steps to reproduce:

Have a any/darker accent colour selected in Windows 10 and open Firefox.


Actual results:

With most/all accent colours, the New Tab and Close tab button doesn't adapt depending on accent colour.


Expected results:

The New Tab and Close tab button should adapt to the accent colour.
