Need to implement a file chooser for part of the UI callbacks that cartman needs

Fixed checked in. You can verify this by: 1. going to task menu. 2. selecting Security Advisor 3. Clicking on Certificates Tab 4. Clicking on Restore button.
Status: RESOLVED → REOPENED
Reopening. Security Advisor as of 12/2 is only available in Linux, and clicking on Certificates Tab then on Restore button does not bring up a new window.
Resolution: FIXED → ---
Clearing FIXED resolution due to reopen.
Bulk move of all Networking-Core (to be deleted component) bugs to new Networking component.
