Devices:
 - Nexus 6 (Android 7.0);
 - Google Pixel XL (Android 7.1.2);
 - Nexus 5 (Android 6.0.1);
 - LG G4 (Android 5.1);

Build:
 -55.0a1 (2017-07-10);

Steps to reproduce:
1. With HW Encoder Enabled go to https://opentokrtc.com/;
2. Create a new meeting;
3. From the computer or another mobile device join the same meeting you just created.

Expected result:
 Video streaming should work for all users connected to the session. 

Actual result:
 Mobile stream is not received from users using phones with HW Encoder pref enabled.

Notes:
 The issue was no longer reproducible if you disable the HW Encoder in about:config.

Also tested on the following:
 - Asus ZenPad 8.0 Z380KL(Android 6.0.1);
 - Lenovo A536	(Android 4.4.2);
 - Huawei P10 (Android 7.0);
The issue was not reproducible on any of these devices.

I did some experiment with my Pixel XL.
When the hw encoder is enabled, I will see black screen in the beginning.
After 15~30 seconds, I will see the stream from Pixel.
I will investigate the black screen.

We enable thie feature in nightly only (bug 1374204) and target to release this feature in 56.
So 55 is not affected.

Hello,

I've verified this using the Nexus 6 and Nexus 5 after a brief waiting period the stream is visible on both devices. Marking as verified.
