If Mozilla crashes, all the urls visited before the crash are not written to the Global History file

When Mozilla crashes, there is no way to return to the sites visited prior to
the crash because the site information is not stored in the Global History.
There needs to be a way by which the Session history is written to the Global
history file during routine operation so that some recovery is possible after an
abnormal termination of Mozilla.

Reproducible: Always (use Print Preview, it is a sure fire crash cause!)
