User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/604.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/11.0 Safari/604.1 Debian/9.0 (3.22.7-1) Epiphany/3.22.7 Steps to reproduce: User clicks Switch to the advanced bug entry form, then wants to switch back. Actual results: No link back. (In fact all he needs to do is click BACK in is browser.) But he will probably end up clicking Switch to the Bugzilla Helper thus having to start all over, throwing away what he has already entered. Expected results: In the same spot as "Switch to the advanced bug entry form" have a link "Switch back to the simple entry form" (which just does a Javascript BACK).
