The menu refuse to show and to execute after starting a transfert from a 
web page and closing the browser window (every browser window).

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the qt download page and download qt
2.Close the browser window and look at your progress bar
3.Try to start another window... menu refuse to respond.

Actual Results:  Menu is freezed, except for Mozilla menu. But if you want 
to see the About, no browser window will ever appear

Expected Results:  The menu should function normally.
