Steps to reproduce:

Create new profile, go set browser.sessionstore.restore_on_demand to false
Open new tab, go to google.com
Open new tab, go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NCk8h5cfFI
Switch back to google tab
Close Nightly, launch Nightly, History - Restore previous session, wait until all tabs are restored


Actual results:

Youtube video starts playing in the background

Video doesn't start playing
