138115 - Missing underline from link

The URL underline does not always appear.  Scrolling the link off the screen and
back on usually fixes it in one place, but it may not appear for another link
then.

I'm seeing this also ... build from yesterday.

Here's an easy way I found to reproduce it.
Open an ftp url in mozilla so you get a long list of directories.
(You need to be using HTML listings rather than XUL ones)

Now slowly scroll new files into view ... bingo no underline.

I can attach another screenshot, but it won't do much good.  I usually find this
a hard situation to reproduce.  It's usually while reading my Yahoo Email,
especially if its an email from NYTimes.com.

I've been seeing this on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US;
rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040310.  It only seems to happen with the Courier New font,
and mostly at sizes 12px and 16px.  Those lines are marked with XXX in the
attached file.

Hmmm, now I write that, I've noticed it also happening in Arial at 6px....

My Yahoo Mail is using 12px 'courier new',monospace

Confirmed 12px on the testcase, although I had to scroll so it went off the top
of the page and then back up to make the line vanish.

is this one of the rounding-error bugs.. What is your resolution set to in
prefs? (Apperanc->Fonts->Display Resolition)

Does setting it to 96 make the bug go away? (reload)
