Details

I thought of adding some caches to rust-hawk, but since it runs on the shared github workertype, I was worried those would collide with other users. It would be nice to have scopes limiting me to a set of cache names that do not overlap with other users.
Priority: -- → P5

This could help speed up our own testing, but is still not a high priority.
