Details

A user shouldn't have to make Firefox their default browser in order to complete this tour. Just viewing the information is enough to mark it as complete. This affects the 56 and 57 new user tour.

Thanks for opening the issue. Because the behavior is similar to Fast & Modern tour, I've put the solution to the patch in bug 1381407 for some convenience on process. But we still need to verify it.
