1381903 - Signing Focus 1.1 Release APK

We want to release Focus/Klar 1.1 to Google Play. For this we need help with manually signing (and zipalign-ing) the APK again.

I'll attach the APKs to this bug. We are considering this RC-1 and if there are no new blocking issues coming up then this is the version we want to release.

Mihai will sign this APK, for the sake of reducing bus factor.

I left the commands I used in bug 1371318 comment 2 part "3. Sign the APK". You will need to install zipalign on your local machine. This app is part of the Android Build Tools.

Please tell me if anything is missing.

Discussed with Mihai. Because this APK needs to be signed today, Mihai and I will transfer knowledge another time. I'll handle the signing.
