this is failing primarily on debug and non-e10s- as a caveat here next week we will be turning off non-e10s test suites which are run as e10s to reduce the duplication when 57 starts on nightly- given that, I think in 2 weeks time we will not see any more failures here and I am fine waiting for that to happen and seeing this go away.

:jet, do you have other concerns with this test and think we should look into it sooner?

Frequency increased yesterday/today so I'm going to go ahead and disable on (win && !e10s).

I am seeing a few e10s failures now also.
