I have selected "use tabs for windows opened by a page"

On your bug page, when I search for a bug, enetr data and click "Search", it
opens a new window.

According to the above selection, the new window should not open, instead it
should open in a new tab !!

Also "About Mozilla" opens in a new window. I would like to open it in a tab

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Come to this page
2. Enter a few keywords for "Search Bugzilla"
3. Click Search

Actual Results:  new window opened

Expected Results:  data should open in tab.
