When you type Japanese characters, the caret does not move. Steps of reproduce 1. Go to above URL 2. Go to the first input field "Name (名前)" 3. Type Japanese characters "あああ" The caret does not move each character by character. It stays at the beginning of the line. This does not happen when you type English characters. Tested 9-13 Win32 build.
