In Edit->Preference->Advanced->proxy

In the "No Proxy For" field 

I don't see the cursor and the left and right arrow doesn't work well
(the right arrow makes switch to "Automatic Proxy Configuration"

PS: I have a long string in this field (migrated from Netscape 4.7x)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to Edit->Preference->Advanced->proxy
2.  Fill the "No Proxy For" field
3.  focus the field and uses right arrow

Actual Results:  Can't see the cursor

switch to "Automatic Proxy Configuration"

Expected Results:  Going to the right
