Details

It's broken (see bug 1378361 comment 8) and is blocking the prototype app from even starting/being deployed.

Let's remove the addon for now, seeing as we're not using ES on stage/prod anyway.
$ thd addons:destroy foundelasticsearch --confirm treeherder-prototype
Destroying th-heroku-foundelasticsearch on treeherder-prototype... done

$ thd config:remove ELASTICSEARCH_URL
Unsetting ELASTICSEARCH_URL and restarting treeherder-prototype... done, v1719
 !    Release command executing: this config change will not be available until the command
 !    succeeds. Use `heroku releases:output` to view the log.

The build/release is now back to normal:
