STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Synced Devices screen
2. Sign in to an existing account with a large profile (over 40 MB)
EXCEPTED RESULTS
- Spinning wheel will spin while profile is downloaded
ACTUAL RESULTS
- Spinning wheel not spinning
- I clicked home button and returned to Firefox after a minute, and there was an error that said it would not load tabs. I then tapped back to History and in again and it was fine.
