Bug 1381613 added a "trunk" index route that is written to by {central, autoland, inbound}. This means tools that walk DAG ancestory - like artifact builds - can query the "trunk" repo for tasks/artifacts.

This should cut down on the number of HTTP requests we need to make to find an archive for artifact builds.
Bleh - I assigned thinking this would be trivial. Since artifacts.py appears to be querying by pushlog today, this isn't trivial. So putting back in the pool.
