As far as I can tell, the release ETA we set in ship it applies to both the beta push and release push for RC builds. We ship to these channels on different days, so we should be able to specify different ETAs for each.

The ETA for beta is always "ASAP", AIUI, so I'm not sure we need to be able to specify it?

Yeah, I think this is probably not necessary at this point.
