I see this with a recent Nightly on 10.13 Beta (17A306f). Steps to reproduce: 1. Make sure your Dock is set to always visible. 2. Go to http://blogs.sitepointstatic.com/examples/tech/full-screen/index2.html in Firefox and click the image. Expected results: The whole screen should be covered by a black background. Actual results: There's a gap on the bottom (or on whichever side your Dock is usually located). The Dock itself is hidden, though.
