Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open firefox with New Profile.
2) Navigate to a website which has Reader View.
   (eg. news.yahoo.com, bbc.com).
3) Click on an article from the page.
4) Go to Reader view.
5) Select Print option from menu.
6) Zoom in and out the page (CTRL +/- option using keyboard)

Actual Result:
Zoom In/Out is not working using keyboard input.

Expected:
Zoom In/Out should work using keyboard input.

Zoom In is not working using keyboard and Menu Bar/View/Zoom/Zoom In combination on macOS on Fx 70.0b4 and on nightly Fx 71.0a1.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Open firefox with New Profile.
2. Navigate to a website: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page.
3. Go to Menu Bar/View/Zoom hover on Zoom In menu item hover with mouse on this item then click on "Cmd +" key combination to zoom in the page.

Actual Result:
The selection jump to the Reset menu item and nothing happened then.

Expected:
Zooming In the page, the zoom indicator is displayed in the Location Bar at "110%" as the page zoom level increases.
This is happening if hover on Zoom Out menu item then click on "Cmd -" key combination, the zoom indicator is displayed in the Location Bar at "90%" as the page zoom level decreases. Hover on Reset menu item and press "Cmd 0" the page resets.

Note: On Windows platform nothing happened using this menu and keyboard combination.
