Going to create patch to add Zapoteco (zam) and Belarussian (be) in maemo-locale.
Both communities have shown they are active and staying up to date with incoming work. They have also been testing their work.

The Tracking Flag button for rel-notes button confuses me... not sure to choose fennec there or if that part is something else (since it's under the rel-notes mention) :/ Putting next to firefox, just in case..

Nit: Locales added: Belarusian (be), Zapoteco (zam)

The last two times we only set the relnote-firefox to ? (e.g. bug 1369244), we should probably update our doc about this if it's not necessary. 

Setting tracking-firefoxXX for a Fennec bug sounds confusing indeed.

Verified in the latest Nightly build, the locales are added and you can switch between them without any issues. Also changing the component to locale switching and selection.
