Steps to reproduce:
I am using Firefox Developer edition 55.0b11, 32bit version
I have enabled the screenshots in about:config
Actual results:
Icon is not visible and It can't work. It shows "Screenshots is disabled in private browsing mode"
Expected results:
The screenshot icon is visible in toolbar and work when we click.
