local directory path with non-ascii profile can't be displayed correctly
buildID: Gecko 40020415 Netscape6/6.2.1+
Observed on MacOSX with Japanese system locale.
Mail composition/display was set to ISO-2022-JP
Steps:
1. Launch Mail with a non-ascii profile name
2. Select edit|mail/news account settings
3. Select Server settings under Imap account.
4. Look at Local directory. The non-ascii path looks weird

jeesun- please do not attach image/tiff . You can use the "Preview" application
on MacOS X to convert the tiff into png.
