Expected Result:
Logged in

Result:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to log you in at this time. "

Safari works
Firefox Nightly and Release do not.
Chrome also works.
WFM using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 ID:20170724100311 CSet: 5928d905c0bc0b28f5488b236444c7d7991cf8d4.
OK, well, sounds like it's inconsistent. Regardless, when I called AmEx, their response was "have you tried another browser" and they wouldn't proceed without me doing so, so some evangelism seems needed here.
ekr, do you have any privacy prefs enabled (tracking protection, 3rd party cookies, etc) or ad blockers? Any relevant errors in the browser console?

Problem occurred with a brand new Firefox and a fresh profile. And now it's gone... outstanding.
