1383658 - Reevaluate TART test's implementation

Due to the Photon changes, we need to revisit TART test.
::dao noted that there would be a regression when opening a remote page in a new tab, but the TART can't detect that; it uses local pages (bug 1376892).

e.g TART fixes like those in bug 1379620 may not be relevant enough.

As the kind of user action described above is something very common for our end-users, we need to change the TART test so that it captures regressions for this scenario too.

:igoldan, I am not sure if there is clearly defined work to do here- as this was a year ago, this doesn't seem like a priority- maybe fixed/wontfix?

I agree. Given comments [1] and [2], I'm closing this as WONTFIX.
