Shows the problem with spaces imported as % signs

When Mozilla RC1 was installed, it automatically imported my IE favorites into
the Imported IE Favorites folder in the bookmarks list. However, for all
favorites that had spaces in their title, the spaces were imported as % symbols.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RC1 over an existing build on a computer with IE installed
Actual Results: Described above
Expected Results: Spaces should be imported as spaces, not as % symbols
