[Affected platforms]:
Platforms: Windows 10 x 64 and Mac OS X 10.12
[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Nightly
2. Go to "about:preferences"
3. In the General tab check "Tracking Protection" section
[Expected result]:
"Tracking Protection" section is changed and reorganised (attached screenshot)- implemented in the last Nightly, per preferences reorg. document
[Actual result]:
Updates section is displayed as before - with no changes implemented in the latest build.
Summary: General - Tracking Protection - no changes are visible in the latest build → Privacy & Security tab - Tracking Protection - no changes are visible in the latest build

Hi Deac Alin,
I'm going to close this issue since I believe you misunderstood the spec according your description.
As you can see in your attachment, there is a green area highlighted "See Nightly version", you should click on it to open the Nightly spec [1]. Thus, the spec you saw [2] is for released version.
The current version you see on Nightly should follow the Nightly spec [1].
How to test released version on Nightly?
Go to about:config and set `privacy.trackingprotection.ui.enabled` to false to disable new tracking protection UI.
Please note that both of those two specs (release and nightly) will need to be verified. File bug if you see any new issues.
