1384528 - Add accessibility probes (A11Y_CONSUMERS, A11Y_INSTANTIATED_FLAG) to main_summary

I'd like to use re:dash data sets to try and estimate client counts for A11Y_CONSUMERS and A11Y_INSTANTIATED_FLAG for beta and release users. Frank in telemetry suggested I get these added to main_summary and use presto's  approx_distinct to accomplish this.

Hey Will, I see the schema has been updated [1]. Curious if there's anything I need to to do get data flowing over to re:drash for this? Poking around in main_summary_v4 looking for these values but didn't find them [2].

Hey Jim, looks like the Hive metastore isn't up to date. Blake, any idea why these fields aren't available yet in re:dash?

I just manually added the missing fields to the table, let me know if that works for you now!
