The webpage https://hackernoon.com/crypto-review-siacoin-sc-b1d0f0a5c78f appears twice consecutively as history items in the history panel. It is possibly because of the history item coming from multiple sources via sync (one from desktop and one from iPhone). The site icons are also different (one has the favicon and another has a default favicon). See screenshots. 

As an aside, it also appears multiple times in the "Recently Closed" Panel.
