Part of disabling the Clipboard Bar for 8.1 was also to disable the test. This is a reminder bug to enable that test again in ClipBoardTests.swift

Not sure if you are referring to this test: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/blob/master/XCUITests/ClipBoardTests.swift
If I am not mistaken, the test is currently running and passing on master:

It does not seem to be disabled for 10.x schema. But we do not have yet the XCUITests running there on a daily basis.
