Interesting. When using a VPN to UK I get the same schedule in Firefox 58 and Chrome using OSX. But don't have an account to test video. Without VPN I get the same "Sky Go is currently unavailable. Please try again later" message in all browsers. Don't think we don't have contacts, but will reach out.

Sky Go is relying on Silverlight which Firefox no longer supports. They are building a new version of Sky Go that doesn't require Silverlight. No indication of when that will happen though.
