This will be at https://taskcluster-oidc-test.herokuapp.com/ or something like that.  It should be an app that uses Auth0 for its own login purposes according to EIS guidelines, and also requests that taskcluster be an audience for its login.
This went into the docs as a single-page HTML doc.
