Details
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open nightly on multiple devices and log in to your Sync account.
2. Give time for your devices to sync
3. Logout your sync from all of the devices.
4. Open nightly on one of the devices and log in to your sync
5. Right click on any http or https page and hover-over "Send Page to Device"
6. Verify no devices are listed.
Actual Result:
All your previous devices are listed there
Expected Result:
No device should be listed
This is reproducible on windows, Linux and Mac OSes

Devices do not show in "accounts.firefox.com". This can be closed as WFM.
