The about:memory, about: page, etc. should be localizable.

We have that conversation every now and then, and this bug is probably filed within the context of one of those, https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/mozilla.dev.l10n/about%7Csort:relevance/mozilla.dev.l10n/yw4qqegOW7c/dW7uVd-_AwAJ. There's also bug 1378713, which we filed to do the opposite, aka, remove l10n from about:networking. Might be good to get some external perspective on those conversations, as they don't seem to converge naturally.
